By accessing or using Workify ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, visitors, and others who access the Service.
Workify is an invoicing and financial management platform for freelancers and small businesses. The Service allows you to create and send invoices, track expenses, manage clients, and accept payments via third-party payment processors.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and subject to their terms of service.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm Workify, its users, or third parties. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: fraud, spam, distributing malware, or circumventing access controls.
The Service and its content are owned by Workify and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you upload or create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Workify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.
